btw yesterday i went to the gym ryte
i ran on the cycling machine
i can sprint up to 192MPH
dats 310km/h !
whoot im quite happy and proud
den for distance
10km in 15mins
dats pretty good eh !
did some weight training for the chest
yea im going to the gym every wed nyte and fri nyte
keep fit and stay healthy and stuff
so yea....
