ALBUM REVIEW !
1) Uprising - This song no needs and introduction as it is the album 1st single . its a major sucess in many countries already. topping charts worldwide . its a fast paced song . great guitar solo by matt here . prolly top 5 song from muse of all tyme. Could also be the best song in the album
2) Resistance - very funky .. disco type of song . its totally not muse's genre . they are known for more alternative rock . more heavy rock . like "supermassive black hole " , " time is running out " . This is totally new for MUSE . different feeling . stil loved it
3) Undisclosed Desires - Its about love . love song . mid pace song . something similiar to Resistance . but its more groovy . nt much of guitar in this . dont really like it .
4) United states of Eurasia - this song also does nt need much introduction as iv heard this countless of tymes . its the 1st song to be released from MUSE for this album . its a slow slow song . den its a sudden burst of energy . whole song became fast paced . again totally not the usual MUSE rock . but something really unique .
5) Guiding Light - Slow love song . Prolly hear dat by now MUSE is going into a totally different way then the usual self . this song reminds me of a slow version of Starlight . slow but has dat really good tune . Matt's voice is AWESOME in this track . Very slow love song while the guitar and bass plays strongly on the background . But the drums are a standout ( very simliar to Starlight ) Good song !
6) Unnatural Selection - YES . FINALLY MUSE OLD SELF . ROCKING RIFF FROM MATT BELLAMY . TOTALLY ROCKING SONG . HEAD BANGING . its very very very very similiar to NEW BORN's guitar riff . im digging this song totally .But the tempo kinda dies down in the middle .Dreading slowly and then ending strongly and fast paced again. The guitar is awesome here . Bass as well .Longest song so far ! ROCKING!
7) MK Ultra - Two words : TECNO-ISH EPIC ! Starts off very techno-ish sounds. Very groovy. Again its like a dance song . Midway its goes abit stale again . Then comes a crazy riff outta nowhere . And here we go again . Very very strong drums from Dom . Finally . The blend of everything in this song is awesome . Perfection. Best song so far
8) I Belong to you - Classic Matt Bellamy tradition . Playing the piano and singing . Again its a groovy dancing type of genre . Not a fan of this direction MUSE is taking . Where is the rocking riffs ?!?!
9) Exogenesis : Symphony Part 1 ( Overture) - A hah ! The highly anticipated . Highly rated 13 minute symphony dat Matt himself arranged . Very classical . Very movie like feeling . Im not a classical music type of guy . but its pleasing . its strong and it attracts you . The symphony is really very good . Powerful . Though i cant understand a single word Matt sings in this . -.-'
10) Exogenesis : Symphony Part 2 ( Cross-Pollination ) - A catchy piano tune in the start . Showing off Matt's piano skills again to near perfection . Piano mergers with Matt's voice throughout the whole song . Then its goes high tempo and goes upbeat . An epic masterpeice but sadly again . No idea what hes singing about .
11) Exogenesis : Symphony Part 3 ( Redemption ) - Its ends in a very slow manner . I sum this 3 part symphony with a very positive way of it . I dont like classical music . But this is just a beautifully written and played peice of music . Wonderful masterpeice

Why? : I dont like MUSE with groovy dance type of songs . WHERE IS THE STRONG ALTERNATIVE ROCK ?!
Standouts : Uprising , Resistance , United states of Eurasia ,Guiding Light , Unnatural Selection , Mk ultra , Exogenesis Symphony .
